Hi!
Busy, busy, busy! So, I'm writing today from Kansas City where my sous chef, Anthony, and I are working with the Applebee's team to put together some fantastic new menu items for you. We've come up with some really delicious new dishes and I can't wait for you to try them.
We are also knee-deep in working on some great new ideas for 'Tyler's Ultimate' as we will be shooting a new season next month in NYC. Can't wait to get back in front of the camera and to enjoy NYC in the Fall!
The next couple of months are very busy with appearances and the like, so stay tuned and I'll be sure to keep you posted.
And if you haven't already, please take a look at www.tylerflorence.com and be sure to sign up for my monthly newsletter!

7. OH Ya, I was a little upset , watching the videos at first, because the speaking was going waayy to fast! And you can't catch the information for the recipes. But I guess the trick is to be able to go back over the videos with the iformation needed for your recipes! So to be able to keep the recipes on these videos, to be able to save them here, with the instructions, is fantastic!

8. Tyler,
You're cool....but 'Cilantro' is terrible....It completely kills the flavor in any dish.....It's just TOO overbearing....YICK!

11. Don't tell people to brine chicken. Do you have any idea how much sodium this puts into the meat? If someone has high blood pressure or any other condition requiring a low-sodium diet this is dangerous advice. Use your head. Many people think that what you say is the gospel and you should include some type of warning.

12. Don't forget the dispatchers. The firemen told us you brought them grandma's fried chicken.. We are jealous. Next time call 911 from your home and let us know you are enroute with our chicken !!!!! thanks, your local fire dept dispatchers

13. T, you forgot to mention that you and your son are featured in the Parade magazine today. For those that might get this, it comes in many Sunday papers. Cute pic of Miles and his new hairdo!

14. Hey Keli Barcelo, it is a common thing to brine chicken, turkey and pork chops. If a person cannot have salt for health reasons, it is up to them to not cook their food in that manner. Its not your business to tell everyone how to cook or how to eat. Have a nice day.

15. I had your Bruschetta Burger at Applebees for the first time this week. It was good, but I wish they would make it like you probably intended. Never tastes as good as the picture or commercial do. :)
