Hi!
Busy, busy, busy! So, I'm writing today from Kansas City where my sous chef, Anthony, and I are working with the Applebee's team to put together some fantastic new menu items for you. We've come up with some really delicious new dishes and I can't wait for you to try them.
We are also knee-deep in working on some great new ideas for 'Tyler's Ultimate' as we will be shooting a new season next month in NYC. Can't wait to get back in front of the camera and to enjoy NYC in the Fall!
The next couple of months are very busy with appearances and the like, so stay tuned and I'll be sure to keep you posted.
And if you haven't already, please take a look at www.tylerflorence.com and be sure to sign up for my monthly newsletter!

19. Your recipes are fantastic. I also love the dishes that you create for Applebee's restaurants. I know that you love creating new dishes for us. However, I have to say that my favorite was the chicken/mozzarella/salad
dish from last year. Is there any hope that the dish might turn up on the Applebee's menu again??
I'd be eternally grateful, as I'm not the best cook, and I don't think that even your great recipes would improve my abilities in the kitchen :)
Thanks!

20. Tyler;
Lately a lot of the recipies feature mushroons in them. How about something for those of us who happen to be allergic to them. I can not even eat anything if it is cooked on the same grill or in the same pan that mushrooms were cooked in. I am not alone in this allergy.
Thanks;

22. Hi,
I'm not even close to being a chef. I am though an in home cook. I have watched you on foodnetwork and have viewed you on aol. Have not been to friday's because my budget can't go there. I have had many compliments on what I do serve, but always looking for best method. How can a in home mom with family even get close to making what we see on TV. All is kinda out of budget as far as ingredients go. For the meat wow! especially any seafood! I really would love to see more budget friendly meals.

23. Hello,
My wife loves the Penne Rosa with Sweet Italian Sausage. Well we went to Applebee's the other night and they said they were no longer going to have this on their menu. I have attempted to make this out home and the recipes I have found are good, but they are not the same and my wife has made sure I knew this. Is there any way we could get a recipe for this dish? Just asking

16. Wow, I agree Kathy...I've found that brining really adds good flavor...if you are unable to have the sodium, I've also found that a good beer works well too, I made some fried chicken a couple weeks back and brined the chicken in Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat beer and just a tiny amount of salt and it was delicious! My family told me to write that recipe down...best I ever made...not to blow my own horn, but is was excellent! I don't think that Tyler is catering to those with certain food or sodium intolerances...if you have these problems you know better than to brine in salt and should use your imagination and explore other options.
