(Page 1)2. Dear Mr. Florence,
I am a tenth grader at Salem HIgh School in Canton, MIchigan. We were asked to choose a person in the culinary arts industry and as you can see I chose you. There were many reason why i chose you but the main one is becuase you try to help people with your cooking. For example, on Shaq's Big Challenge. I think that is very respectable. You are my inspiration to become a chef and one day a Master Chef! i just wanted to congradulate you on your accomplishments so far. Thanks for everything!

9. Hi Amy, I was thinking the same thing. I made it to the Fall for Greenville Festival this weekend, but Tyler was not able to make his scheduled appearance there either. We miss you Tyler. Hope the sleepless nights with little Hayden are not getting to ya!
Best,
Ellie

1. Mr.Florence, I am really interested in the recipes you used during Shaq's Challenge, with the school district. I am a school cafeteria manager and I would like to see how you were able to come up with the menus using USDA products. My kids are asking for better food and cost has been a huge road block for me. I'd appreciate any input you might have. Thank you so much!!!
