3. Tyler, I hope you read these because I'm inquiring you today because I need your advice. Our Redmond High School culinary team is going back to competition this year and we have a few ideas for dishes but nothing really competition worthy. The rules are simple, two butane burners, 60 minutes, four teammates, and we must produce 2 sets of each entres, main course, and a desert. What are some recipes that you would suggest? 4. I have got to say that Tylor is my #1 on FoodNetwork. I have never been one for cooking but after getting hooked on Tylor on the Food Network my husband can't stop talking about my dinners at work. Now the ladies call me to find out how I did something. My wife and I really love your show(s) and have to tell you, we miss Food 911. You have posted that you are back in California and was wondering if you live in Southern California. It is terrible what is happening there and I feel for those who have lost their homes. I don't wish bad on anyone, but I hope you and your famly are doing okay.

I had an idea...maybe you and/or the folks at Food network could do some shows out there when they get the fires under control...kind of like Food Network did with Katrina. It's just an idea. It would be interesting to see Booby Flay have a throwdown with you.

To Mike: Tyler lives in No. Calif and boy is he lucky. I live in San Diego and was evacuated twice. My sister's house burned down to the ground and they lost everything but the clothing on their backs. It is truly horrific around here and as bad as the media proclaims it. Pray for all the residents here.
